Stallion Springs Community Church (SSCC) is currently seeking an energetic and passionate individual to serve as Senior Pastor in the oak-studded rural community of Stallion Springs in Tehachapi, CA. SSCC is a non-denominational church set in the center of our family-oriented community in the Tehachapi Mountains. We are a diverse church body of 200+ attendees ranging from young families to retired seniors. SSCC is overseen by a biblically-qualified eldership who hold true to the principle of plurality of leadership. Applicants should strive to develop our next generation of disciples and maintain a strong presence in the community. Experience in equipping and mentoring other pastors in youth ministry is desired. A qualified candidate will have at least 3 years experience serving in the capacity of a senior or associate pastor and hold a minimum of a BA/BS in Christian Ministry or related degree from an accredited institution.
